The drive offers beautiful views of local villages, open plains, and, on a clear day, the magnificent silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro dominating the southern horizon. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy lunch at Praro Amboseli Camp while taking in the spectacular scenery surrounding the camp. Later in the afternoon, embark on your first game drive through the park. Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds with impressive tusks, as well as lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, and over 400 recorded bird species. The park's swamps and wetlands, fed by underground streams from Mount Kilimanjaro, attract wildlife throughout the year, making every game drive rewarding.
