Detailed Itinerary
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Meet your professional safari guide for a short briefing before departing Nairobi and heading south towards Amboseli National Park.
Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the Kenyan countryside, passing local villages, farmlands and expansive savannah landscapes. As you approach Amboseli, the magnificent silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro begins to dominate the horizon.
Enter Amboseli National Park and begin your first game drive en route to Ol Tukai Lodge. Depending on wildlife activity and arrival time, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes and numerous bird species.
Arrive at the lodge for lunch and some time to relax.
In the afternoon, head out for your first dedicated game drive across Amboseli's open plains. The park is particularly famous for its large elephant herds, many of which are impressive giant-tusked elephants.
Return to the lodge around sunset for dinner and your first night surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up early for breakfast before heading out for a morning game drive. Early morning is one of the best times for wildlife viewing, when predators are active and the cooler temperatures encourage animals to move across the plains.
Explore different sections of Amboseli in search of elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, impalas, warthogs and other wildlife.
On clear mornings, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, with the snow-capped summit rising dramatically above the Amboseli plains.
Continue your game drive into the afternoon, stopping at a suitable location for a picnic lunch in the park. Afterwards, continue exploring less-visited areas in search of predators and large herbivore herds.
As the afternoon progresses, watch the landscape transform under the golden African light before returning to Ol Tukai Lodge.

After breakfast, depart Amboseli and travel north towards Lake Naivasha, passing through scenic countryside and the dramatic landscapes of Kenya's Great Rift Valley.
Enjoy views of rolling hills, volcanic formations, agricultural areas and sections of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort in time for lunch and some relaxation.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, gliding across the freshwater lake while observing hippos and a variety of water birds, including fish eagles, pelicans, cormorants and kingfishers.
Continue to Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a guided walking safari. This unique experience allows you to explore the wilderness on foot among giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, impalas and waterbucks.
Return to the resort in the evening, enjoy dinner and relax in the peaceful surroundings.

After breakfast, depart for the nearby Lake Nakuru National Park, a renowned wildlife sanctuary and important habitat for both black and white rhinos.
Begin your game drive as you enter the park, exploring the forested and open grassland areas while searching for wildlife.
The park offers opportunities to see rhinos, lions, leopards, buffaloes, Rothschild's giraffes, zebras and various antelope species. The lake itself also attracts a wide variety of water birds.
Proceed to Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for lunch and relaxation.
Later in the afternoon, head out for another game drive, exploring different sections of the park and searching for elusive leopards, rhinos and other wildlife.
Return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and overnight.

In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the vast golden plains of the Maasai Mara.
The reserve is famous for its exceptional wildlife concentrations, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and wildebeests.
As the sun begins to set, return to camp for dinner and an evening beneath the African sky.

Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the Maasai Mara, giving you maximum time to experience its extraordinary wildlife.

Afterwards, continue with a full-day game drive carrying a picnic lunch.
Explore the reserve's diverse habitats while your guide searches for the Big Five and other wildlife. Depending on the season and wildlife movements, you may also explore areas around the Mara River, particularly during the Great Migration period.
Keep your camera ready for dramatic predator encounters, huge herbivore herds and unforgettable wildlife moments.

After breakfast, depart the Maasai Mara and drive towards the Isebania border, marking your transition from Kenya into Tanzania.
Complete the necessary immigration and customs procedures before meeting your Tanzanian safari guide.
Continue towards the Northern Serengeti, entering one of Tanzania's most spectacular wildlife regions.
As you drive into the Serengeti, your journey becomes a game drive, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. Depending on the season, this region may provide opportunities to witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, particularly around the northern Serengeti and Mara River area.
Arrive at Gnu Migration Camp for dinner and an authentic tented safari experience.

Spend the entire day exploring the spectacular Northern Serengeti.
After breakfast, venture deep into the wilderness in search of wildlife. Depending on the season, the region may offer opportunities to witness large herds of wildebeests and zebras moving through the ecosystem.
During the migration period, the Mara River crossings can provide some of the most dramatic wildlife encounters in Africa, as herds navigate crocodile-filled waters.
Beyond the migration, the Northern Serengeti is home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, hyenas, giraffes, zebras and numerous other species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your game drive into the afternoon.
Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, begin your journey south towards Central Serengeti.
Rather than being simply a transfer, the journey becomes an extended game-viewing experience as you cross the endless Serengeti plains.
Along the way, look out for large herbivore herds, elephants, giraffes, zebras and predators such as lions and cheetahs.
Arrive at Mawe Tented Camp in Central Serengeti and check in.
Spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the wilderness surroundings before dinner.

Today is dedicated to exploring Central Serengeti, an area famous for its year-round wildlife and exceptional concentrations of big cats.
Set out after breakfast for a full-day game drive through open plains, rocky kopjes and seasonal waterways.
Search for lions, leopards and cheetahs while also looking out for elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests and numerous bird species.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your wildlife exploration.
Your guide will select areas based on recent wildlife movements, giving you the best possible opportunities for memorable encounters.
Return to Mawe Tented Camp in the evening for your final night in the Serengeti.

After breakfast, depart Central Serengeti with a final morning game drive, enjoying one last chance to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and wildebeests as you journey towards Ngorongoro.
Arrive at the Ngorongoro Crater and stop at the crater rim for spectacular panoramic views before descending about 600 metres into the caldera for an extensive game drive. Explore its grasslands, wetlands and woodlands, with possible sightings of lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, flamingos, hyenas and the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, followed by further wildlife exploration before ascending to the rim. Later, check in at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, relax and enjoy its breathtaking views over the crater.

After breakfast, depart Karatu with a picnic lunch and continue towards Tarangire National Park.
Arrive in the park during the morning and begin your game drive through one of Tanzania's most distinctive landscapes.
Tarangire is particularly famous for its enormous baobab trees and large elephant herds. The Tarangire River provides an important source of water, attracting wildlife throughout the year.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive.
Look out for elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes and an impressive variety of birdlife.
As the day ends, proceed to Baobab Tented Camp for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy your final morning game drive in Tarangire National Park.
The morning provides another opportunity to encounter elephants, giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeests and other wildlife before leaving the park.

Arrive in Arusha, marking the end of your memorable Kenya and Tanzania safari.
Depending on your onward travel arrangements, you may conclude your journey in Arusha or continue to Nairobi by private road transfer or scheduled flight at an additional cost.
