Detailed Itinerary
Your Zanzibar adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from Kilimanjaro International Airport, Dar es Salaam Airport, or your hotel in Arusha or Dar es Salaam. Depending on your location and flight schedule, transfer to the airport for your flight to Zanzibar.
Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, you will be met by your Zanzibar representative and transferred towards Stone Town, the historic and cultural heart of Zanzibar.
Embark on a guided walking tour through the atmospheric streets of Stone Town. Discover its beautiful Swahili architecture, historic buildings, vibrant markets, carved wooden doors, and landmarks that reflect centuries of African, Arab, Indian, and European influences. The tour provides an excellent introduction to Zanzibar's fascinating history and culture.
After the tour, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Stone Town, sampling some of the island's delicious Swahili-inspired cuisine.
After lunch, depart Stone Town and drive northwards through the Zanzibar countryside towards Nungwi Beach. Upon arrival, check in at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort, beautifully positioned along the Indian Ocean.
Spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing at the resort, taking a refreshing swim, strolling along the beach, or simply enjoying the tropical surroundings. In the evening, enjoy dinner and the tranquil atmosphere of the northern Zanzibar coast.

Transfer to the departure point and board a traditional or modern local boat for a full-day marine excursion around Mnemba Island. The journey takes you across the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean, with spectacular views of Zanzibar's coastline.
One of the day's highlights is the opportunity to spot dolphins in their natural environment. Depending on sea and wildlife conditions, you may observe these graceful creatures swimming and playing in the surrounding waters.
Continue towards the Mnemba Island marine conservation area, renowned for its exceptionally clear waters and vibrant underwater ecosystem.
